The custom order was filled in a timely fashion and the installation was accomplished in one afternoon in a very professional and efficient manner. After they had finished, the manager of the job informed me that the installers had noticed that one f the window sashes was cracked and that Elk would order me a new window and install it. The crack was not large (I might not have noticed it at all if it hadn’t been pointed out to me) and I was very grateful for Elk’s professionalism. All of your crews did a great job of cleanup. We found very little trash and while you warned us about stray nails from the roofing job, we have found very few nails in the yard or other areas surrounding the house. Our kids and out cars both thank you!

At the time I signed a contract and made a deposit, I was advised that it would take some time (6 weeks) before they would be able to start work. “Over the past 7 years I have used Elk Remodeling for three home remodeling projects. To use them three times should speak for itself. The jobs included: Replacement of the windows in my home, installation of a deck on the rear of my house, complete replacement of all siding and guttering on my house. Simply put, they are reliable, they do use quality materials, and really do have quality workman, they get the job done (they don’t disappear and then show back up when they feel like it), they clean up and they are gone. You can’t ask for more than that. If you are looking for quality products, quality installation, and a fair price, I highly recommend them! I initially chose Elk because I thought they would produce the quality work they proclaim, and get it done when they said they would. They did not let me down. I don’t believe they will let you down either.

As a side bar – if you’re considering window replacement, do it! (I also had a new heating & air conditioning system installed in my home as it was approximately 18 years at the time) and I really did realize a 35% reduction on my utility bills. Now that I’ve replaced the siding, with the insulation that Elk uses, I can lower the heat on the thermostat and raise it for cooling as the house really does retain the internal temperature much better.”

“Upon realizing that my home needed new windows, my search began to find a company that would meet my needs and pocketbook. I researched a few newspaper ads but also received a call from your organization.
