Northern Virginia Trim and Capping

 

In late spring and all through the summer, ladders and scaffolding  appear all over homes in Northern Virginia as homeowners have the all the wood trim on their house repainted. In many neighborhoods this is occurring less and less as homeowners choose to have wood trim capped with aluminum clad vinyl capping, sealing out the weather permanently, making the trim maintenance free, and eliminating the need to paint every three to five years.
